About me:   I was born in the Philippines but moved to Clearwater when I was almost 6. After a few moves, my family and I finally settled in Land O Lakes (no, they don't make the butter; that's in Minnesota) and have been there for the past 12 years. I have a 13-year-old brother who's my favorite person in the entire world (sorry to everyone else). In my spare time, I love to do anything that deals with food (eating, cooking, baking). I also am a huge musical theater nerd (read: will break out into song) and my top 2 favorites are Come From Away and Phantom of the Opera. I even performed for a local theater for 3 years in high school! I love Marvel (Loki, Thor, and Spider-man <33), painting (Impressionism is my favorite), movies (80s, coming of age, fantasy, action, and comedy are *chef's kiss*), and kpop (ill listen to anything but bts, svt, ateez, got7, twice, red velvet, and itzy are my bbs). I don't watch a lot of tv shows (read: I'm a notorious binger and "I'm gonna stop after this episode" is a useless phrase) but my favorites are Avatar: The Last Airbender and Grimm. I've recently been into B99 and Cells at Work but I'm always down for any other recs. I am someone who is always down to try anything and everything and go on spontaneous trips but also doesn't mind staying inside with a few close friends just chatting about life and everything in between until 3 am. I am the biggest hugger you will meet and will shower you in affection so if you're down or need some lovin', come to mee <3

Why EMPRESS? I joined EMPRESS because I felt like I had lost sense of who I was as an Asian, as a Filipino during my college years. I had been so focused on preparing for my future I had forgotten to stay connected to my roots. These girls have not only shown me my roots again but have given me so much more. They have become some of my biggest supporters and have become another family to me. I am thankful that they have not only given me what I needed but have given me even more than I could have imagined.
